I'm in agreement with following Ontario's rules re: mask mandates. I will also circulate some material as a gentle reminder for employees not to come to work sick/ill. We have some sanitizer on hand. I've reached out to Vince to see if there's somewhere I can dump them myself, if not; waiting to hear back. There are some of Mavencare's personnel/client files I put in a corner that will need to be removed and/or shredded, as they contain PHI. Also, I saw your email to Vince, but there still remains a lot of employee personal/clothing items. The cleaning company asked that all desks be as clear as possible in preparation for them coming in on Wednesday evening. An update on the equipment removed last week, included the conference phones + webcams in both meeting rooms, along with the ipads. Not sure if the other TO office has any equipment we can borrow for the 30th? Would be nice to have everyone at the TO office in one conference room.
