I have learned so much from each of you and you will be greatly missed in our meetings and during our 1:1s. That being said, I think this organization will benefit you more moving forward=E2=80=94You de= serve local leadership who understand your market better than I ever could, and with whom you may work to drive recruiting strategy on the local level. As always, I remain a resource for each of you should you ever need it. I will be speaking regularly with your new local leaders to ensure this hand-off is as smooth as possible. In the meantime, if you require support or walkthroughs with iCIMS or other recruiting tools, my door remains open to you. I would also suggest remaining in our CGR Team google chat for additional support should you ever require it. Thank you all for your tremendous work over the past year and I will see you all soon!
