As discussed, I am looking for some help regarding the distribution of bonus payouts for employees on Canadian payroll. I currently manage Montreal and Toronto payrolls, which means that I am getting emails from various leaders with payout requests for bonuses (Recruiters, ambassadors, client care managers, etc). Up to now, I have been leaning on Tim to approve when I need confirmation, but I was wondering if there was a way to have the bonus payout details come from one source. Given that we are not set up on Workday yet, the process is still a manual one, whereby payroll is alerted and the payout is entered. I was speaking to Tim and he was suggesting having the proof emailed to the leader (and Tim) for review and then having the commission and compensation team email the final payout and proof to the correct payroll administrator in Canada. This way, the bonuses for a period can be consolidated into one email from one source. As it stands, I am concerned that a payout may be missed given the number of leaders across Canada. Tim has the list of payroll administrators for each site in Canada. I would appreciate your feedback and guidance and I am open to other suggestions! Thank you!
