Mrs. Capel (24/7 client), the social worker involved left a completely unprofessional VM and then spoke with Maria (on speaker) saying how she is going to tell the client how they are wasting money on our services and that we provide terrible service. This is not the first time we have had issues with this social worker regarding Mrs. Capel. She had also made comments in the past about the Capel family calling the children spoiled brats who don't deserve care. This is close to becoming a service failure for a very long-term 24/7 client.
