Lily suggested a clear coat of sealant that will help to prevent debris from continuously falling. It may appear =E2=80=9Cshiny=E2=80=9D in compari= son to the rest of the brick wall so David/Joe will be doing a patch area and will check to see if there=E2=80=99s more of a matte finish instead =E2=80=94 Lily sugges= ted they *may* have to paint the entire brick wall to avoid to distinction in colour/finish. Once they=E2=80=99ve sourced the product, they will let us know when they c= ome in to do the work. I suggested Thu/Fri since those are the days that no one is usually in the office. Keep you posted. Our Technical Services team will be reviewing the crack and determine if there are any structural issues and the debris is likely from the vibration from the floor above. Hi Deena, I met with Taneshia last week and advised the breaker doesn't need to be turned off if their vendor is replacing lamps, however if they need assistance to please submit a workorder. As for the brick wall, there is no structural damage and the debris falling from the brick maybe caused by vibration from the floor above.
