Tim and I believe a salary bump is a better option in the long run and we would like to get her a raise to $60k CAD. Tim is aware this will have an effect on the EBITDA, however he is comfortable with this seeing as Vero is a very strong recruiter that we do not want to lose. Additionally please see some feedback from the General Managers she works with below; Chuck Terlesky - *I highly recommend Vero for her outstanding work as a recruiter. She consistently brings in top-tier candidates, ensuring that we have fresh talent joining the team each week. Vero has an incredible ability to identify hidden gems, finding diamonds in the rough that align perfectly with our needs.
