We don't have a template but typically tell them when the last day of services will be (Aug 31st I'd assume) and then start the conversation of transferring existing website access so we can do our 1:1 redirects. Usually, the BSG support member helps owners deal with contracts. I work on confirming the dates and how we will transition to the new campaigns. I believe we discussed getting them set up with InFront to re-launch with our TheKey launch. Depending on the finalized date for that, we will need to consider if it is necessary to launch them as HCA first or if we can double down on spend later in the month to recoup any potential lead reducation at the beginning of the month. Alternatively, we could see if SABA will extend services for a period of time, but that is unlikely to result in the best outcome.
