For clients and families that don't ask about them, we typically just include them in the care binder=E2=80=8Bs. Some like to see a bio, especially if they are just= going to have one caregiver with their mom/dad. If our Client Care Manager senses they would like a bio, we sent them one. To summarize, I would say we typically just include the bios in the binders unless we feel they would like to see something prior to start of care or they request to see one, or even schedule a in-person meeting at our office (which is rare). *Mark FebusOwner* *HOME CARE ASSISTANCE* *Changing** the Way the World Ages* 6109 Far Hills Avenue Dayton, Ohio 45459 937-353-7997 - Office (24/7) 937-901-2118 - Mobile 937-523-0338 - Fax mfebus@homecareassistance.com www.homecareassistancedayton.com Learn about the Home Care Assistance difference!
