It went well, expectations were established that going forward training needs must be arranged through our office and not directly with our staff. This is all new to her; she has never had to arrange training with a 3rd party agency before. We need to follow up about med admin, if we are insured for this setting. Learned that med admin training is in-house training through a video with a med test. Preston Medical is the pharmacy that provides the blister packages, (noted this is different from retirement home med admin.) Kathryn will look into the schedule of who needs to attend the training and follow up. There are 2 more scheduled training sessions tomorrow 1:30-8 and Friday 10-5, they will schedule another if needed. The focus of the training is non-violent crisis intervention and med admin. Requested follow-up after who completes and passes the training so we have it on file as well.
