It was a bit embarrassing today as I didn't have a plan for her reinstatement and she was asking all day what she should do. I am in Winnipeg the next few days with their office if you need me to be a part of the call please let me know so I can arrange that time away from the team. Maybe we can do this early though as she will be expecting tasks and reassignment tomorrow.
