Hello Everyone-

You've been identified as a subject matter expert in the area of onboarding  
new clients to TK by your leadership team. During this meeting we'd like to  
review the New Client Onboarding training & checklist created by Finance  
and LTC leadership. At the end of our session we'd like to walk away  
aligned on the content, and ensure we've captured any necessary exceptions  
to process or documentation (for example; which clients are not required to  
sign a consent agreement, why, etc.).

It is our hope to roll out a formal document and checklist for all teams to  
implement for existing & new TK staff to mitigate the bulk of the billing &  
payment issues impacting the client experience today.

We may not need 90 min and will happily give the team time back where  
possible, but would like to get through it in one session if possible.
