In the coming days, I will share some information on how to use Lyft for caregiver transportation in cases where no other transportation is available. This is mainly a service level improvement at no additional cost (dual sourcing). Please keep in mind that the rules we have in place for using ride share apps like Uber apply to this new option as well. To reiterate: Ride shares should be used by exception only, no caregiver should appear on the ride share report 2 weeks in a row, and the ride share budget should remain below $10k per week. I will continue to share weekly usage reports, soon for Lyft and Uber combined. I'm currently working with our dedicated account manager at Lyft to set up our account to give it a look and feel very similar to the Uber account. Invitations to join the account, along with "how to"-links will be sent out to all current Uber users shortly.
