As mentioned, my billing team is taking care of billing for HCA Toronto, Mavencare and HCA Montreal. The other Canadian sites are still managing billing on their own. This will change soon, but currently it is in their hands. Any billing or service issues that come up for those sites (Winnipeg, Vancouver, Oakville, Waterloo and Calgary) should be tagged to the GMs of those sites.
