If that is the case then I guess the discussion of adding Michigan clients to Chicago is moot as we do not have a nurse on staff. But, if we are able to add Michigan clients to Chicago here is some information on the Midland office. *Midland Michigan* Five clients are provided service in Midland, Michigan. (From Wellsky) January through September 2024 Revenue - $273,711 GP - 43% Billable Hours - 8407.31 Percentage of Total Office Revenue, for the same period , is 16% *Frank Champagne* V.A client - - 24/7 plus nurse visits. I believe Kendra has been doing med sets and other nurse visits. Which may prove problematic since I do not think we have anyone else to provide the nursing visits. In September and October alone there are 28 incidents of caregiver call offs or time off requests. And it appears one of his weekend caregivers has given notice creating an ongoing opening every other Saturday. January 1 through September 30, 2024 Gross Profit % = 41% Billable Hours = 6168 Revenue = $200,077.41 Payroll Expense = 118,881.87 (1.70% Burden Rate Applied) I would suggest we offer caregivers some sort of retention bonus for no call off and two weeks notice for any time off requests for a specified period of time. She has one caregiver and does not accept substitutes. If the caregiver takes time off the client cancels the shift.
