The client's daughter came home and found dirty dishes in the sink and laundry that was not done. I had a brief conversation with her this morning and let her know that we removed her from the case. Today is her final shift. It would be great if you could give her a call whenever you have a moment to discuss more in depth/issue a warning letter for her behaviour.
