Actions Needed by RDBD: - Copy the tab for an individual site and save. Share individual site with that GM and anyone participating in the sales side like the hybrids (this way they aren't getting this entire workbook) - Be sure to educate the team on what this is and why we are doing this! - You will ask your team to complete, get back to you in the next week and your RDO for feedback, review and make any adjustments. - Once their SWOT and Strategic actions are complete, update them in this master and send back to me and Julia! - If there is no GM, ask your RDO to partner for feedback on the location - This is meant to be collaborative! It is an opportunity to see all of the data for each site and think about how we can grow our business. A few things to note: - I do not have any top account data for Winnipeg (Julia - do we have this?) - I do not have your September revenue budgets for some reason! - there may be some errors in the data due to the manual entry, so if they see one please note it / change it and let us know when submitted - This is their locations growth plan for the quarter and the SWOT is about THEM as an office location and their strengths, weaknesses, opps, threats. The SWOT is not for each account, but for their site as a business! - The top accounts are not the same as the SAP. These are the top 10 accounts that have given revenue to that site in the last 12 months. If there are not ten accts, it is because there are not 10! - we have conversion in days. Your teams may want to also look at conversion percentages as part of this exercise.
