Anna from Montreal is no longer with the company so I am not sure she is entitled to the bonus but that call would be made by Tim 2. Shyanne is on maternity leave and has been since September 22 and this is for October. The only scheduler for Winnipeg /Calgary is Pamela and she should have been assigned all the clients in clear care for both markets but I can see it was not done. Is this something that Tim and Chuck can make a decision on with regard to paying out the bonus since it is to late to change the results in analytics? I think from the point of view of Analytics it all looks correct but Tim will have to make the call re the amounts goi g to Anna , Pamela and Shyanne.
