I had a call from a Winnipeg client, last name TKACH inquiring about an outstanding balance of $110.00 When I went in to look it appeared all their invoices were paid however I did come across one on Sept 16 for $887.01 however at the bottom it stated $997.01 with the difference being that $110. I just can't seem to find where that $110 comes from as the invoice itself is for $887.01 Can you shed some insight and let me know if they do actually owe the $110 as the client is really upset and I want to resolve this for her.
