She will be completing the paperwork for Stephania to get the back pay and will then send George all of the information for future. She is going to call George to explain exactly what needs to be done as well to ensure clarity on all of our ends. She said that Stephania should be paid on July 12. Moving forward all of your bills will have the 15 hours deducted and as of Monday July 15 we will be crediting you as well. Thank you for your continued patience as we solve this issue.
