I am writing with a question that has come up regarding how others are setting up their multi site operation. I know there are some of you who have created separate entities for your second locations in an effort to protect the original location and personal assets. Some of you have setup the second location under the same ClearCare Account and are tagging the location to each caregiver, client, referral source, etc. and some of you have left your accounts the same as they were originally and are not separating out caregivers, clients, etc. If you would please share the following: 1. How you have your business setup referring to the above information? 2. How are you handling caregivers that work for both locations in terms of payroll separation? 3. What would you have done differently now that you have both locations up and running?
