In summary, there are 3 locations in the Toronto URL Agency 2600 (Oakville, Waterloo and Toronto). Since there is no location assignment on a parent payer in Clearcare today, the integration uses the first subsidiary found when more than one subsidiary exists. Specifically whenever a new parent payer is created from this URL, it will always be assigned to SJD ( subsidiary internal ID 60 is the first/lowest value returned). Our teams are working to find a resolution for this issue but we need to confirm some things before moving forward; If we have these 3 locations separated to their own subsidiary, are there any issues with accounting and licensing? e.g. SJD rolls up to TheKey while the other two roll up to HCA Canada. Thank you! -- *Alyson Rohane* Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst alyson.rohane@thekey.com --000000000000cfa36c061912ceb8 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Good afternoon, Tim, Cheryl and Steve -=C2=A0 We ran into an issue with the Arya Health Living agency a= nd how it integrates=C2=A0into Netsuite.
