Canada AP integration needs to be a separate discussion/project. Canada doesn't have one consistent AP process; each Canadian office has its own separate process. We also don't have any dedicated AP resources; most are done locally and I help out when I can. I'm unfamiliar with how AP works on Netsuite/AppWrap. In addition, all the current Canadian banks are tied to the previous owners (most are still working with TheKey). A lot of the vendor payments also come out of the local credit cards (that are also under the previous owners' name). Although we have the JPM accounts set up, nothing has been migrated yet. So we need to bring @Ethan Stein into the loop as well. I want to make sure I understand the goal/objectives so I can manage expectations in both the timeline and workload.
