I noticed that some clients on this list have a lifetime max benefit, so I've added a few extra data points on the "% Analysis by Client" tab: Lifetime Benefit, Date of Birth (DOB), and Age of Customer. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions or if there's anything else I can do to support you. This analysis compares clients' billed hours to the maximum benefit allowed by their insurance provider, helping us determine where we can maximize their benefits. I included a few additional peeps on this thread as we will be the group to help with any questions you may have on the data or next steps! Below is a quick breakdown of the spreadsheet tabs: * Guidance and Assumptions - Key considerations and assumptions used when determining next steps. * Sample - A specific client scenario to illustrate the methodology. * % Analysis by Client - Displays opportunities per client on a weekly and annual basis. * Perceived Amount Recoup Column - Estimates the realistic amount we could recover from each client. For instance, if a client's opportunity exceeds $1,000, they may not want to increase hours to that full extent. * Pivots-Analysis - A deeper dive into billed days versus the daily benefit, similar to the Sample tab. * Additional columns at the end indicate how many hours could be increased, assuming the client agrees and a care plan is submitted. I will schedule a touch base with you and this group in 2 weeks just to get a pulse on your team is doing with the data provided. Let me know if you have any questions.
