Fwd: Time and a Half Holiday Follow Up

Tim,
I have a question regarding Laura's email below. Are there any offices
charging time and a half for additional "holidays"? i.e., Mother's Day and
Black Friday are two huge days our caregivers call off. We end up paying a
lot of OT. Not sure how we would communicate Black Friday but Mother's Day
seems reasonable.

Good Morning All,

Please see the following days that we charge clients for holidays- please
note that Black Friday is not included.


*We charge one and one-half times (1.5x) the Billing Rate for Services
provided on holidays. You can decline holiday service by notifying us at
least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Observed holidays are: New Year's
Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, MemorialDay, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.*

I have also attached the internal office holiday schedule that is located
in workday:
