The previous term premiums were pro-rated from October 4, 2021 to April 30,= 2022 and the adjusted term premium was $8,674 I believe the Co-Operators premium noted in the email refers to the attache= d May 1, 2022 policy which provided coverage prior to the HCA Home Care Ass= istance Canada purchase of Home Care Assistance Calgary. As Frank noted, th= e Co-Operators premium provided some contents coverage and Commercial Gener= al Liability only. Abuse, Crime, Medical Malpractice and Legal Expense were= not covered unless there was another policy through different carrier. If you require any additional documentation please let me know.
