Clients not receiving invoices*

Both Mavencare and Clearcare system automatically sends these invoices out to clients that have their emails in the system and that are properly setup and tagged to receive these emails on a weekly basis. We need to ensure that in both systems when setting up clients, there is a valid email associated as well as tagged to receive invoices via email. Sometimes what happens also is that there are multiple careleads and only 1 email is associated and receiving invoices. We should ensure that we have correct email tagged to receive these invoices on a weekly basis. If there are any issues with clients still not receiving their invoices after all above is tackled, please let me know.
