During the timeframe when the new policy was being signed, Ms. Dominique was on leave that we confirmed. Cheryl communicated to the HRSC that all emails and correspondence from Ms. Dominique should be sent to her, and Cheryl authorized the leave herself. After reviewing the documents related to the policy rollout, it is clear that any employment agreement in place before the policy's effective date will remain valid. According to Ms. Dominique's employment agreement, she is entitled to four weeks of vacation time, which should remain unchanged. The attached policy document and supporting materials confirm this. Furthermore, the policy, which requires acknowledgment from all employees, outlines the process for requesting time off. I have attached Ms. Dominique's original employment agreement, which states her entitlement to four weeks of vacation. Additionally, I included the communication sent out with the updated policy form. The policy specifies that new hires after June 1, 2023, will follow the new schedule, while employment agreements in place before this date will be honored. Thus, Ms. Dominique's four weeks of vacation will remain unchanged, and there should be concerns on her part. I have also identified other individuals who did not sign the policy when it was rolled out. A list of these individuals is attached for your review. Cheryl Cartwright Nikita Moreau Melissa Rus Charles Terlesky Tyler Ferguson Thivyah Malanar Shyanne Hansen Claudia Vasquez Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter.
