The KPI dashboard may be wrong, as anytime you use the assessment form and hit save, it shows a client, when in fact many times it is just an assessment. The 45 came from December gross profit summary(same as November). I did see your client starts differ than lead report. Are some of those client starts repeat clients for short hours or something?
