We came together and learned from each other, celebrated our success and planned for our future. The strength of our organization is not in any one site, or in one person or team, but in the collective whole of us all. We are co-creating an amazing company by working together, supporting each other and sharing insights and ideas that will catapult us to the next level. It was evident in the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) presentations that this company is not being built from the top down, but rather through the inclusiveness of all sites. As we move into our next year together, the goal of HCAF team is to refine the systems we have in place, pull ideas from the field to perfect these systems and engage all offices in moving this company forward. A quick reminder, we will be hosting our strategy of the month call this Friday, September 16th at 10am PST/1pm EST. We will provide a recap of the convention highlights and review the materials presented throughout the week. Michele and Janine will be leading this call.
