Process is if a CG asks for increase, check their metrics, schedule a review. Make a Perf. Review note in their file and add to the spreadsheet for action. We do have several CGs in urgent need of increase as they have indicated they will be leaving otherwise, i did share this with Chandani ( Nancy Allen for 1 ,which has been in Spreadsheet for Lindsey for sometime and not marked as actioned last i checked ) In terms of Overtime, absolutely. I identified 3 specific caregivers to Shyanne when she started that need a resolution in their schedule, as they are basically working 30 days a month. CGs would be Janis S, Ruth E, Majella B ( Majella got better as 1 client refused her back ) Clients that need schedule care to correct OT - Nellie L. We need new quality hires to help spread those hours and alleviate OT, which has been slow over the last 2 months.
