We don't want folks to feel that the goal is so unreasonable, so why bother. Knowing what I sent you all - please send me what you believe is a stretch goal and not unattainable as a Start Goal for June and for the next quarter what would be reasonable - goal to get to the number I shared by end of the year or sooner. If you think you can get there and beyond by the end of the year - great - need this by noon tomorrow. We will redo the posters if needed. Thanks all. ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Kathryn Allen Date: Wed, Jun 8, 2022 at 11:53 AM Subject: Re: SOC goals To: Aileen Ruffin Cc: Kathryn Allen , Matt Neal , Chen Xie , Angie Markwell , Ashley Mirone , David Durbin , Kirk Hayes , Melissa Reyes Hi everyone, Here are the posters with the correct SOC goals for each of your offices. If you could please share these with your offices today that would be appreciated! I have crafted an email that you can share as-is or customize to make your own. The one customization you will need to make is inserting the link of the poster (where I have noted). For this round, given we're already in June, we are asking offices to print these locally. Moving forward we will look into centrally printing these and shipping them out to each office to make this a more seamless process. We are also asking they send a picture of the poster posted in the office to me by next Friday to hold them accountable. That is noted in the email. Best, Kathryn Hi Location Team, We are launching an exciting new "rally the troops" initiative to add some fun to hitting your SOC goals each month/quarter. Here you will find an 18x24 poster that illustrates your SOC goal for June. We ask that you print this locally and post it somewhere in the office that is highly visible to the team. Every time you start a new client, someone will go in and the color in the chart...all the way up to your goal number. If you hit your goal, your team can decide what type of reward they would like to receive (team dinner, sporting event, activity, etc.) and you can write that into the white box on the left of the poster. *I do ask that you have this up in your office by next Friday, June 17th.* Please take a picture and send it to myself and Kathryn Allen at kzakskorn@thekey.com so we can track this.
