Some reminders from our training are below: 1. *LOGGING IN* Please remember that you should use the Single-Sign-On feature after downloading the app in order to login ("Log in using Google") [image: 8x8 SSO Login Image.jpg] 2. *CALL FLOW* Office Hours (M-Sun, 8am-5:30pm) - Currently, your team is set to a Ring-All Call Flow during Office Hours in which the following prompts are associated with the following individuals: Option 1: New Clients - Maria, Dominque, Stephanie, Joey Option 2: Existing Clients - Maria, Dominque, Stephanie, Nikita, Joey Option 3: Caregivers - Melissa R, Melissa C, Mina, Sara, Nikita, Carolyn, Joey Option 4: Recruiting - Melissa R, Carolyn Option 5: All Others - Joey, Maria, Dominque, Stephanie, Melissa C., Melissa R., Nikita, Mina, Carolyn, Sara After Hours - Calls will be routed to an On-Call Ring Group consisting of: Joey, Maria, Dominque, Stephanie, Melissa C., Melissa R., Nikita, Mina, Carolyn, Sara. You would just log out or put yourself on DND (Do Not Disturb) status if it is not your day to be on-call. 3. *TEMPORARY OFFICE NUMBER* You have been assigned a temporary office number of: *514-418-6325* in which to test out the call flow. Once all members of the office are set-up on the 8x8 Work App, you can try test-calling into the temporary office number provided to make sure all calls are routing as you wish.
