Hi Joey,
Seweryna Monid is the client that I first started speaking with earlier
this year, I believe back in March when she was living in her home. Client
then went to hospital and was only discharged in October. It was only in
the last couple of months of being in hospital that they decided she
wouldn't go back home and would move into Copernicus Lodge. I informed
Geoff of the case starting in Copernicus Lodge so he would have an in there
but the referral source was a google search not from the Lodge.
