Per Tim's email earlier today, he mentioned he's more inclined to try the Ring-All Simultaneous method first and just let the other members know to give it a few rings before answering but I know when we spoke, you mentioned you'd prefer the Sequential Ring method where it would ring to you first and then to others down the line in order. Let me know what you ultimately decide after you speak to each other. Also confirming I'll be sending an email out to Keith, our Telecom Manager, to see if there are workarounds or other options in which you could have the outbound Caller ID reflected as the office numbers for Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver instead of just the area codes.
