I will make a Powerpoint presentation outlining the main and most important ideas. I also think that maybe we can discuss, separate to this topic, how to review our assessment booklets and add more open ended questions. Last night I read my class article on open questions and it specifically mentioned how "agency forms" are made with too many closed questions and those questions can be easily transformed into open questions. Open questions have been proven to put clients more at ease and encourage them to provide more detailed information. This is just a thought. Should hopefully have the presentation done by Monday. I'll let you know if I have any questions.
