We would like to provide additional clarification about the documentation provided and our intentions for expanding services. The lead list we submitted represents potential clients who are actively waiting to start services. These individuals reside in Madison, St. Clair, Peoria, and Macoupin Counties, indicating an immediate need for care in these areas. The referral sources list we provided is a compilation of communities and facilities that have already referred clients to us, many of whom are currently awaiting the start of services. These sources are not merely potential referrers but active contributors to our client base in these counties. Our intention is to expand into all Illinois counties without applying for a separate license, as we already have an established foundation of clients and referral relationships in these areas. We believe this approach ensures continuity of care and better serves the growing needs of the populations within these counties. If further documentation or clarification is required to demonstrate the active nature of these leads and referrals, we would be happy to provide it.
