Sean, there is nothing in the lease that stipulates that any financial institution needs to be on the certificate of insurance. So, if Legal and/or Tim is unaware of any other document or agreement that requires a financial institution be named, then I think we can take Canada Western Bank and CWB Maxium Financial Inc off the insurance.
