After I spoke with her, I spoke with Brechin and gave her all the information from the caregiver at that time. She has always stood by that the coat was in the wash and she would never randomly select a coat (especially one likely covered in plastic for it's value) out of a closet to wash it. Please consider the logic here! In any case, our offer remains the same. I am sorry you don't feel it is fair but we also don't have anything on our end to go by here.
