When we start a new referral account, close attention is required on the skill set matching with the requested duty. In my opinion, care solutions and the HCL needs to work together to provide proactive feedback to avoid such miscommunication to both caregiver and to the referral account. This service failure could have been prevented by both sales and operations. We are equally accountable. An action item would be to provide a direction on how to manage new referral accounts to both sales and operations.
