Please make sure to loop in all parties through the data governance group for any requests to make changes to ClearCare locations. There is no way to add it back once it is deleted. The individuals will need to be mapped to new locations. @Roxana Cruz can you help in confirming there are no inactive profiles that now have a blank location?
