She was hired in July 2017 @ $13 and was brought up to $13.25 in April 2019. She would technically only be due for another increase in April 2020, but I Maxine is advocating for her as an excellent caregiver and would like her increased right away if possible. Joey was suggesting $14, but I think that it's a bit of a big jump. I would suggest $13.75 which represents almost 4% increase. Thoughts?
