The same is applicable to Waterloo, Oakville and Winnipeg. We need the bank account information and the person who has access to the bank account to give us the amount that was debited and credited by payworks to the bank account. Good morning Sam, Bank account additions and changes require a minimum of five (5) business days before they can be used. Find instructions on how to change bank account under Payroll > Company Setup > Bank Accounts screen. One you have update the banking in the field below. You will receive an automated email (see example below). [image: cid:image002.jpg@01D7E75D.3D5CDDB0] Payworks will issue a matching debit and credit transaction amount (this will be a random amount). Once you have determined the amount of the transactions made to the account, you need to click on the link provided in the email (example shown above). The link will take you to the verification form like the example below. [image: cid:image003.jpg@01D7E75D.3D5CDDB0] You need to enter the amount in the verification form, complete the details regarding who you are, and review the terms and conditions associated with the PAD. If you complete the verification successfully you will receive a successful verification message on the screen. Log back in and go to the Bank Accounts screen.
