That being said, I did speak with Baptiste and I feel we had a good call. He was hungry - Looking for growth - good energy - strong operations experience. He comes across well - has strong knowledge of the senior industry and is looking for more of a challenge. $90k. Along with Joey, I think he would be a good comparison.
