I am writing to inform you that our ClearCare team is going to start the build of your locations into the Toronto ClearCare URL toward the end of this week and into next week with a target go live date of 4/11/22. In an effort to get everything set up properly would you please share the names (including yourselves) and email addresses of the team members who will need access to each location within the Toronto ClearCare URL? For example the both of you would likely want to have access to the Oakville (GTA) and Waterloo locations as you manage them both. For your team you may have team members that need access to both as well OR just one or the other. If you would please send us those names, emails and the appropriate location they should have access to at some point today we would greatly appreciate it. Lastly, as I know you have different billing cycles for your clients (Private Pay & Facility/Staffing) as well as different payroll cycles for your caregivers you will need to continue your access in the old system to pull the necessary data out of the current ClearCare system and for one of the locations likely you will have some overlap between the current ClearCare system and the new system. There is some likelihood that you will need to send two invoices to some of your clients and we want to be sure they have a heads up on that (you can share that you are changing software systems). In addition, for some of the caregiver payroll you will have to combine reports from the current ClearCare system with the new. There is some extra work here but I foresee this to be manageable.
