What I have to show you will not be *everything*, but it will be enough to get you operational. For any further questions or advanced techniques, we have office hours scheduled, and you have an entire team of recruiters (and Veronique!) who have been using iCIMS for a collective number of years at your disposal. Please make sure to leverage our google team chat whenever I am unavailable. We are all here to ensure your transition from JazzHR to iCIMS goes as smoothly as possible! You should all now have access to iCIMS (see system emails that went out late Friday), so I would suggest you dip in and attempt to familiarize yourself with the dashboard when you have a moment. *General Training Itinerary:* - 4x training sessions led by myself: Monday, 7/10 through Thursday, 7/13 -- 1:00 PM ET/10:00 AM PT - 3x Office Hours for 2x weeks: You may drop in as you like to ask me any questions you might have - Shadowing sessions between yourself and one of the other caregiver recruiters more experienced with iCIMS, so you can watch them work through the system - All sessions will be recorded for posterity, in case you need to reference them in the future *Training Session Slide Decks:* 1.
