Hi Cheryl, The cable and headset would need to be ordered by you/Timothy via the company Coupa system. Ethernet Cable Compatible Polycom VVX250 Telephone Headsets I have already registered the phone to your 8x8 user and tested it before I sent it. Once you have the cable, all you should need to do is plug the phone in to a power outlet and plug the cable in to the back of the phone phone and into your cable modem.
