Also, please share acceptance issues with me and Nedra. We heard of some a while back along with a pin issue. We resolved the pin issue, and I have not heard of any acceptance issues since. If we understand the acceptance issues we can address with Amex or go down a different path for CAD cards. Also, Nedra is working with Concur to add CAD bank expense reimb=E2=80=94th= is does not hold up corporate card. ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Brian Scott Date: Sat, Mar 26, 2022 at 12:04 PM Subject: Fwd: Credit Cards To: Gary Scott Is this you or Amanda at this point that would address this? The corporate Amex cards need to first be sent to Tampa then rerouted to us. I've been waiting for mine for over 3 weeks now and we've just discovered that they require an American bank account so we're awaiting a fix there. Vancouver, Winnipeg and Calgary have corporate Amex cards, (which predate me) so I'm not sure how they were able to set them up. No one has been approving the expense reports so there's a backlog and again its a mess because I can't seem to get access. The expense team is aware of the issue. I uncovered that Winnipeg expenses were ending up on the Vancouver P&L. Finance is aware of this. Finally as Amex is not a widely accepted card in Canada, most offices continue to use the corporate cards that came over during the acquisition. These are used for all types of transactions including recurring marketing spend, gas, office supplies etc. I don't have visibility on these but I can ask that the transactions are sent to me for approval. Let me know what you think.
