Hi Tim and Randi:
I think I found the cause of our issue. Since we're logging into the
computer as Tim(tt@thekey.com), the Office licensing needs to be using that
same account. It looks like Tim Sr. logged in with his Office account (
tthomas@thekey.com) and this caused a conflict. I removed tthomas@thekey.com,
but Microsoft requires us to re-login to Tim's tt@thekey.com account. We
can reset this password, but this account is also in use on your computer.
Adding another layer, this login requires MFA, so we will need your
assistance in logging back in.
