They have a relationship with our Nurse and call her directly for her to fill in as needed. He did not sign a CCA as this did not go through the office, he called the nurse and the nurse sent us her hours after the fact. He was last deactivated in May of 2025 - Mark Millar Allergy & Asthma Care MS but there was no CCA or PAF with that account either. Is there a past account for him in which he has been billed? I will reach out to see if we can get a CCA but because this is medical staffing I believe it is managed differently.
