Chatter Notes:I spoke with Ramis regarding his mom Mary. He found us
through Google. He said his mom is 80 years old and has had some medical
issues/cognitive decline since her stroke around Thanksgiving. She lives
alone and has noticed some bruising on her which worries him that she is
falling and not remembering. His biggest fear is that she is going to take
a fall and no one will know. He really needs someone Monday-Friday 10-4pm
to help with fall prevention, make her some coffee/meals, help her in the
shower, take her to and from the bathroom. She is wearing depends in case
she has an accident and asks us to make sure linens are dry and that she
didn't' have an accident on the overnight. He is putting chuck pads on the
bed. He also wants us to encourage PT exercises while we're in the home
too. There are no smoking/pets in the home. She is currently at Mercy
hospital due to fluid build up but is probably getting released today. He
would like to set up an in person AX asap- so he wants to do Monday at 3pm.
His sister will be there as well and her name is Iqbal Gheith. This would
